Made from 2mm aluminium by hand using the metal spinning method

This liner when fitted inside the outer pot is an important multi function part that acts in 4 ways

• It safely contains the insulation

• Insulates by a measured air gap on the side

• Reduces the overall volume in the roast chamber
• Collects and contains the discarded chaff for easy disposal

The insulation & volume reduction gives the roaster the best possible combination for using the available heat to roast large volumes of up to 700 grams of green beans with ease and user control
