Making A Koffee Kosmo Roaster Kit

Making a coffee roaster kit requires expensive, precision equipment and specialist skills.

Our engineering partners mainly use three different processes for making our coffee roaster kits.

The Process

 

• 1] The majority of the repetitive bulk machining is performed on a high-volume computer-controlled CNC lathe

• This method is utilised to make the drive shaft

• 2] A more hands on method is then deployed called metal spinning to manufacture the Base Hub,Insert Liner and the TO Ring Coupling

• 3] Laser cutting is used to manufacture the blades of the bean agitator

• 4] Metal pressing is also utilised to make the floor that fits in the Hub Base

The motor is attached on this metal floor

• 5] The component assembly work is then finished by hand
